FORAGE ZONES

Our bees have the very best climate Upcountry Maui has to offer.  rainfall totals 85" annually in this area, and  is well suited for the health of the honey bee.

Upcountry Apiaries main site is at Hoku Nui Farms LLc. right in Makawao, Hawaii.  Our bees fly approximately 3 kilometers from their home is search of the finest nectar the planet has to offer.

 

Some of the choice species of forage are :  Christmas Berry, Eukalyptus, Silky Oak,  and Dandelion.
