Living Mead

Our Living Mead is made from the nectar from the local ecology and with the help of the bees we are able to turn the sunlight into precious Viking Living Mead.  Mead was known to increase vitality and bring forth energy from the Vikings. We brew two types of Living Mead :  our Probiotic Blend, and our Draft Blend.  The probiotic blend is created with the help of the natural yeasts in our main apiary.  The Draft blend uses refined yeast blends.  All of our apiaries are supplemented with Biodynamic preparations as we want to be #alliesinregeneration!
